Delivery charges: On every product page on our web site, you can click on the "Delivery Charges" link to find out how much we charge for delivery of that product. Please keep in mind that the more you buy on the same order, the less you will be charged for delivery of each item on that order!

2nd Product (and more) Free Delivery!
If you are ordering more than 1 product on the same order, you only pay a delivery charge for the first product. So, if you were to order 10 computers, you still only pay for the 1! We offer this to make it easier for you not to worry about purchasing accessories and other products with the worry of added charges. This offer excludes hamper, flower, DVDs and Games orders (or orders that include flowers, hampers, DVDs and Games) and is only valid for orders shipped to the same address.

BuyQuick Delivery Times
Most products are shipped with a Courier Service. Delivery times are 1-5 working days to anywhere within Australia for items in stock unless otherwise specified. Some remote areas may take a few days longer. If you would like to confirm that an item is in stock before placing your order, simply email us at info@buyquick.com.au, let us know which item you are interested in and we will confirm its availability.

New Zealand delivery & charges: Delivery to New Zealand requires up to 2 weeks. Delivery charges are 2.5 times more than delivery within Australia. These are displayed once you complete the delivery details on the order form (you still have the option to not proceed with the order). All good shipped to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post.

Hampers Delivery
Hampers are delivered within 1-4 working days from order placement. Alternatively, request your desired delivery date on the order form and place your order even weeks in advance and we will take care of the rest! To request a specific delivery date, write it in the "comments" section of the order form. Hampers with requested delivery for Saturday or Sunday will deliver on the following Monday as couriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you are requesting delivery on a specific date, please ensure you place your order earlier than the required delivery times. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, however they are rarely missed.

Flowers Delivery
Flowers can be delivered within 12-48 hours during weekdays if ordered by 1pm EST (working hours not counting weekends). We can also deliver same day to most areas in Australia (your flowers are shipped from 700 locations in Australia for quicker delivery) but to ensure this please check with us before placing your order. If an order must arrive on a specific date, please let us know in the "comments" box on the order form.

Fragrances, Skincare and Cosmetics
Fragrances, skincare and cosmetics take between 2 - 10 working days for delivery.

DVDs & Games
DVDs & Games usually take 1-7 working days for delivery and in most cases shipped via Australia Post Express post.

We deliver to Home & Office Addresses
It's preferrable to deliver to a work address to ensure that someone is there to sign for deliver (as all ordes are shipped with courier). If you believe that someone may not be home for delivery, enter your work address to be sure.

Do I have to be home or sign for delivery?
When we ship your order with one of our Courier Partners, you will have to sign upon receiving your order. That is why we request that you provide us with a contact number. This number is give to the courier so that in the event you are not home you will be contacted so that you can organise a delivery time that suits you. Alternatively, our couriers may leave a note in your mailbox with a telephone number and you can contact them to organise alternative time for delivery if you were not present during our first attempt. We recommend that your Shipping Address should be your workplace if there is a chance you may not be at home during delivery. However, if you are not at home during delivery, a note will be left in your mailbox and you can ask for re-delivery at a more convenient time or pick up from a depot in your area.

BuyQuick does NOT deliver to a PO Box address
Please ensure that your shipping address is a physical work or home address as signature is required for delivery.

New Zealand Delivery
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to New Zealand.
